MADEC Job Placement specialises in youth placement but also places job-seekers from a varied range of experience and ages. Being involved with a number of training programs and community and business projects, MADEC realises the unique opportunity that each individual can bring to any organisation. We are also able to recognise the needs of the individual job-seeker to better match them to a position that will keep them motivated and on target for their pathway in life.

On every assignment we will provide you with access to the Australian Job Search Network, to the MADEC database of candidates through advertising. You can choose a plan that best suits your business needs.

Our consultants will work with you to devise tailored competency based questions according to the skills and behaviours you identify for each role, then apply those questions throughout the recruitment process.

MADEC Job Placement is specifically designed to service the needs of large and small clients meeting the specific needs of each client. Our staff are briefed to provide co-ordinated specialist services from across all MADEC services including training and business services. Each business can select their recruitment plan to access the following areas:

In return for placing and filling a vacancy with MADEC Job Placement, each organisation will receive a Training Credit Voucher that can be used at MADEC Training.
