MADEC Youth Services

Since 2001, MADEC has worked closely with the youth sector and young people at risk of disengaging from education. MADEC strongly supports the need for youth focused, and individualised education, training and support programs that assist young people to work through barriers they may be facing.

MADEC has successfully operated both Federal and State funded programs since 2001 in the Whitsunday, Hinterland and Mackay regions. MADEC continues to work with stakeholders at regional, state and federal levels to ensure that the organisation remains informed about relevant funding initiatives, and local youth have the opportunity to access these initiatives.
