To be responsive to the needs of the community by delivering a diverse range of innovative services to individuals and groups through collaboration and consultation.
Services
MADEC is a non-profit community organisation providing a range of services to all sectors of the Mackay and District community.
MADEC consists of three service areas. These service areas provide specific programs for their target areas, but also work collaboratively to ensure the quality of the service responds to all the individual needs and circumstances of our whole community.

Services are offered on a fee-for-service basis or through State and Federal Government funded initiatives.
New Logo
The thought process behind this logo is windows of opportunity with the 3 squares representational of this ( madec, the community and the professional sector of business).
The curved lines that run through these squares act as a link to these various groups and the freeflowing nature suggests pathways of opportunity and an organization that is progressive.
